HEL have in-house specialists who meet the criteria of Suitably Qualified Ecologist (SQE), as defined by BRE, and can provide technical input for all BREEAM projects.

We provide the following services:

• Detailed ecology surveys to record baseline conditions;
• Assessment as to potential ecological credit points can be achieved for individual projects;
• Input to landscape and architectural design to maximise site biodiversity;
• Production of appropriate reports outlining all required information; and
• Production of 5 year Ecological Management Plans.
