Bat Survey and Assessment

Heritage Ecological's in-house team of SNH licensed bat specialists perform a range of bat surveys for a number of purposes, including EcIAs in support of planning applications and for SNH species licence applications.

We have a team of qualified climbers who are able to able to undertake aerial assessment of tree roosts. This can negate the need for additional survey and thus provide project cost and time savings.

Heritage Ecological have a range of high quality equipment, including remote monitoring devices, articulated videoscopes, night vision and thermal imaging cameras to help with internal building surveys, roost watches and walked transect activity surveys.
