Habitats Regulations Appraisals

Where a development has the potential to affect Natura 2000 sites, including Special Areas of Conservation (SACs) and Special Protection Areas (SPAs), a Habitats Regulations Appraisal (HRA) may be required.

Heritage Ecological regularly provide ecological information on behalf of our clients in order to allow competent authorities to undertake a formal assessment of likely significant effects and, where necessary, an appropriate assessment.
